Kelly brings two decades of diverse experience in the Financial, Accounting, and Consulting industries. Her career has encompassed Executive level support roles, client servicing, liaison and point person in firm acquisitions and the transition process. Her specialty and passion lie in working alongside people – the building and strengthening of those business relationships. Joining Threadstone Capital as the Transition Manager she is primarily responsible for overseeing the integration of new advisors and financial firms into Threadstone Capital’s model, the lead conductor of the transition process; providing operational and strategic implementations across Threadstone Capital offices located throughout the country. Prior to joining Threadstone Capital, Kelly was an Executive Assistant and Transition Operational Manager at a successful financial firm based in Indianapolis as well as in Fort Wayne, IN – her hometown. Kelly attended Ball State University and Indiana Purdue Fort Wayne studying business, with a minor in Dance. Recently relocated to Indianapolis in 2021, Kelly is newly married and lives in Carmel, IN with her husband and their English Bulldog, Bella. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, getting to know her new city, playing golf with the hubby, traveling, trying new restaurants, and cheering on the Colts and Pacers.
